Innovative Ramp Parking System
- One of the first of its kind in India, a unique 3 level ramp style basement design with slope parking system. This provides a seamless 6m, two-lane bi-directional flow of traffic at all times and also offers a superior parking efficiency than a conventional basement of a similar size, allowing more parking space not just for the occupants but for visitors as well.
- The basement ventilation is meticulously designed to keep CO levels below 35ppm at all times.
- A dedicated rising main is provided only to power mutiple EV charging points across all 3 basements.
Indoor Air Quality Management
According to a NASA study, certain plants are highly efficient in removing pollutants like benzene, formaldehydes and VOCs commonly found in indoor spaces and having negative health impact. These plants also absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen as by product.
We at GRIP Biosphere manage our indoor air quality through a dedicated indoor environment housing more than 1200 plants grown hydroponically just to clean and oxygenate the air we breathe before it passes through the conventional filteration system. The fresh air is supplied to each floor based on their CO2 levels thereby promoting a healthier working environments and increasing productivity.
Dedicated lockable Server
Serveres have become the backbone of any organisation in todays data driven world. But at the same time it comes with its own set of challenges to manage a server room.
We at GRIP Biosphere offer all tenants with a dedicated lockable server rack installed in our data centre on the Service Floor. This not only helps save physical office space for the tenants but also saves them from continuously managing their server room environment. Our data centre is equipped with a dedicated rising main power supply, independent earthing mat and redundant cooling system to match the best infrastructure standards possible.
